Annual Fire & Weather Training Document

The annual Emergency Preparedness (Fire & Weather) training is completed through AccelTrax.  Once logged in, go to the "Employee Information" dropdown bar and select

"Testing," then choose "Start A New Test."   Click on the test named “Annual Emergency Preparedness" (formerly Fire & Weather) and then click on “Start Test.”  Before beginning

the test, you will want to download the reading materials.  Simply click on the blue "View Documents for Test," which is located directly over the

first question.   A separate window is going to open, with a link to the document "Fire and Weather Annual Training Handout.pdf."  Once you

select that document, the PDF will open and you can review the reading material prior to taking the test.  You can start and stop the test as needed.

To regain access to a test, while in AccelTrax go to the "Employee Information" dropdown bar and select "Testing," here you can choose to

"Finish an In Progress/Assigned Test."  In order to pass this test, a minimum of 80% is required.  After completing and passing the test, your

compliance date will automatically be updated.  This annual training is mandated by the state, and if it is not completed you will be out of

compliance and unable to report work.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the office at 330-296-2851
